Sadie helped us through our first pregnancy and child birth. She was always there for me even when I was feeling so tired and low that I couldn't even ask for help. Our child was breached so we ended up having a C-section. Despite the last minute changes in our birthing plan, Sadie ensured to stay with me through out my time at the hospital and during the postpartum care. I am forever grateful to her. If you are looking for a birthing doula, you cannot find anyone more caring and giving that Sadie!

Working with Sadie was both uplifting and restorative. Her attuned hands and skillful presence allowed my body to immediately shift into a parasympathetic healing state. She incorporated delightful notes of inspired essential oils, and a noteworthy abdominal massage. As a parent of a young toddler, it was such a gift to unwind, release, and receive genuine care. I highly recommend her bodywork.

Sadie was such a gem to work with! Her attunement and kindness made me feel comforted, safe, and she alleviated the aches and pains of my changing body! The CranioSacral work was especially potent in calming my anxiety prior to birth. I received massages every 2-3 weeks throughout my pregnancy and ended up hiring Sadie as our birth doula, which was amazing and so necessary. She met us multiple times before birth to discuss the birth plan and prepare me and my partner, making sure we felt comfortable. During the labor, she was there for the long haul (22hours!!) Because we had established so much trust with the massaged and prenatal meetings, her presence kept me and my partner calm as we navigated the ups and downs of labor- it was a real team effort. I will absolutely hire Sadie again if we have another baby!
